- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the worst UPS store I have ever been to. I paid for $1000 insurance on a round trip package and the handlers broke it in route. The owner, Gary, refuses to write the check for the cost of the damages and this was 5 months ago. He also owns the store in Ames and he refuses to return phone calls regarding the insurance claim.
